" The biggest Sin in the world is, when you stop working on yourself "
- Rajesh Prabhakar
I worked in the corporate world for over 20 plus years (Global Fortune 100) in senior roles and as a Country Head. I managed award-winning national teams with spectacular wins before closing contracts with the Corporate World. My last assignment was with NTT Data, as Vice President for their Datacentre Services Business.
With time, I experienced a similarity in “IT Professionals” thinking, behaviours, decision making in the Corporate World and this happen “without their knowledge”. It happens because of their “Internal Habitual Scripts (IHS)” which is auto programmed. Whether you are at a Senior level or a Mid-level Professional, you are not an exception. You are still governed by your IHS.
IHS is ‘what you say to yourself every time to an external/internal stimuli or an event at work, which is a constant dialogue in your mind. Your IHS brings out the corresponding behaviour and decision-making that potentially affects your growth career-wise and monetary wise.
Your IHS influences, in turn, your working style and positioning within the organisation through your decisions. No wonder some rise and some not on the Corporate ladder.
Today I established my dominance in coaching and mentoring which comes with a rich blend of corporate experience, psychological self-management skills, and mind management.
With 75 plus clients from various geographies, I massively contribute to the elevation of human potential and organisational development.
As an Executive Coach and Mentor, I've worked with many Professionals both in the IT world and Non-IT world accelerating them, career-wise and monetary wise through setting up personalised blueprints, execution of the same and moving them to the next quadrant of success.
